From LA to Thailand 🇹🇭

Last month, we sent off three of our very own Gen LA members as they are about to embark on an exciting opportunity to serve as missionaries as part of our networks’ 2026 Foreign Missions Team! Starting in July, Nathan, Christen, and Cody will be serving as 1-year missionaries in Thailand! 🇹🇭 

At their farewell party (which included an amazing Best of LA potluck), we got a chance to remember the years of friendship with them since their college days (about a decade for Nathan and Christen, and 4 years with Cody) and the many joyful memories and stories shared from friends, former housemates, and mentors. It was also a time to recognize the sacrifices they are making in this step of faith - for Nathan and Christen, quitting their comfortable jobs and leaving the familiarity of 10 years worth of relationships in order to move out there; and for Cody as a fresh new graduate, to spend that first crucial year on the mission field - our prayer is that they will experience God rewarding them a hundredfold with the precious people of Thailand!

We are excited for all that they are going to experience in this next year and for the lives they will touch and bless. We are going to miss them, but will be continuing to pray for them and run hard back home in LA!
